COURSE FEES & DEPOSITS
Where a deposit scheme is available for a course, the final balance will be due any time up to 1 month before the start date of the course. Prior to 1 month before starting, please email email@example.com should you wish to cancel your place and I will be happy to help, or transfer you to another course should you wish and if available. The deposit is non-refundable.
After 1 month before the start of the course, the full course fee will still be payable.
After the course has started, the full course fee is non-refundable, but where possible I would be more than happy to transfer your place to another course.
No More Shoulds reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course session or full course at their discretion, should this be necessary. Every effort will be made to provide sufficient notice and if a full course is cancelled, refunds of course fees will be provided or transfer to another course date.
We really really hope you love everything you buy from No More Shoulds. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods, as long we get them back within 30 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.
Please note: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
How to return or exchange
1 Post your goods back to us within 14 days to Returns No More Shoulds, 3 Cranley Gardens, Aston Rd, Brighthampton, Oxfordshire, OX29 7QW
2 Please make sure to include a covering note listing:
- email address
- order number
- the item you wish to return
- the reason for return
- whether you require a refund or exchange.
3 The items must be sent back unworn or unused, in saleable condition with their original packaging. We’d recommend keeping the items in the original packaging until you have made up your mind, just in case.
4 All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and confirm whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded – only full price items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you require a different size of clothing. In the case that the size of item you require is not available, we will let you know and issue you a refund.
About cancelling an order
If you want to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may cancel an order anytime from the date of the notification of order being completed. If the products have already been delivered you have 14 working days in which you may cancel. Working days means Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included.
You will receive a full refund for the products and any delivery charges you paid for. We will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty, we will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
You will be refunded on the credit card or debit card or PayPal account you used to pay for the item in question.
If the products were delivered to you:
- You must return the products to us as soon as possible;
- Unless the products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us;
- You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
- We will refund you within 14 days after the day of receiving the returned goods as long as they are in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.
In the case of a late cancellation we will refund you for the cancelled order minus the original shipping cost and return to sender fee once we have received your cancelled order back at No More Shoulds HQ and have processed and checked it accordingly.
Once you receive notification of the refund being actioned, please allow 5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.
