Special Guest Class: Introduction to Yin Yoga with Victoria Churchill

Victoria is a very special teacher and friend. I’m so excited to introduce you to her so she can introduce you to the beautiful practice of yin yoga. Similar to our regular rest & restore in its purpose, yin focuses on stretches and holds to release deep muscle and fascia. It’s a lovely relaxing practice and I know you’re going to love this class!
ABOUT VICTORIA & YOGA
“Hi, I am Victoria (or ‘V’ to my friends and students). I have been practicing yoga for nearly 10 years and teaching for over 3. Yoga, to me, is a deeply personal practice. We are all unique and it is how we FEEL in a posture or breath that is important, not how we look. I teach strengthening, creative Vinyasa-based flows as well as deeply nourishing and releasing Yin yoga .. both the Yin and the Yang. We need both to be balanced in life.”
