Slow stretch & Mindfulness Meditation

An event every week that begins at 8:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until August 20, 2021
Such a lovely way to practise your mindfulness meditation in supportive company, whilst also gently strengthening and releasing tight muscles for your sitting practice. A cushion, yoga block or rolled up blanket can be helpful for some for this class to prop yourself up when sitting in meditation.
