Intuitive yoga flow with Sarah (7:45pm start)

In this class, Sarah will invite you to explore movement gently, tuning in to your body’s needs, in order to assist in the gradual release of tension and stress.
This class is based on principles of embodied movement, with a call to explore presence, spatial awareness and internal cues.
An invitation for rest is part of every practice, sometimes finishing with a yoga nidra, a meditation or a relaxation.
The sequences will typically include seated, standing, prone and reclined postures, so if any of these are not suitable to you (i.e. if you are 3months+ pregnant), then get in touch to ensure adaptions can be offered to you.
WHAT YOU NEED
a mat, 1-2 yoga blocks (or books), 1-2 blankets/towels, cushions/bolsters, a yoga strap or belt, some wall space.
